Rich Scott (former supervisor) It was hard for me to write a letter of reference that was going to result in losing Stephanie from the BCU team. She had worked with me since she was hired on as a Media Technician four previous, and she had been a tremendous asset to our department from day one. Stephanie is a quick leaner and steps up to the task at hand quickly and without grumbling. When we hired her, I had two weeks to train her to fill my shoes before I left town on an 8-month leave of absence. She quickly learned how to produce, operate, oversee almost all of our services and managed to improve many of them along the way. While working at BCU, she created Power Point presentations, Web Pages, tutorials, postcards, displays, posters, CD-ROM's, and numerous videos. Stephanie learns software programs quickly, and seems to have the intuition needed to know how to get the most out of them. She has a good feel for color mixing and matching, balance, and a good eye for design that facilitates learning. Stephanie established a strong and valuable network of resource people in the region, and has lots and lots of friends in all the right places!!! Stephanie has been quick to find answers and resources utilizing her friendships and other professional connections. I have no question that Stephanie is one of your top candidates, and would not hesitate to recommend her, though I was sad to loose her expertise and production talents from our own shop!
