Hiram Perez (former supervisor) I have known Stephanie Zimmerman for over 8 years, and have found her to be a very capable and responsible individual. Stephanie worked for me while I was Stage and Production Manager for Washington State University. She worked for me between the fall of 1991 to the winter of 1994, when I moved to Los Angeles. She continued in her work until the spring of 1995. Stephanie is a superb worker, who continuously contributed to the accomplishment of the task at hand. She proved to be competent, and willing to take initiative under any circumstance. She was able to maintain a good balance between the different persons that she came in contact with while I was there. She was able to maintain a good work environment where everyone was contributing and never left their shifts feeling helpless, low or angry. Her ability to deal with the public in different kinds of situations made Stephanie a perfect choice to supervise other students in crowd control and performance ushering. In these situations the client is always right and the person must perform his / her duty to uphold the state laws to the best of his /her ability. Stephanie almost always found a good solution to do both. Making her supervisor for 4 years, as Assistant Tech III, was a reward for her talents. In resume, Stephanie was able to provide the performer, the audience, and our staff a relaxed environment to enjoy their work. Being professional, competent, and having everything under control are some of her best recommendations. I recommend Stephanie Zimmerman without hesitation for any leading position.
